Al Shifa Honey Store

In its commitment to customer satisfaction and providing a reliable shopping experience, Al Shifa Honey Store has adopted the following Return and Exchange Policy, in accordance with the e-commerce regulations and applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Completing a purchase from the store constitutes the customer’s explicit agreement to all terms and conditions stated below.


First: Scope of Application

This policy applies to all products sold through Al Shifa Honey online store, unless otherwise stated in the product description.


Second: Return Conditions

1- Customers have the right to request a product return within 24 hours from the date of receipt, due to the nature of food products.

2- To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be in its original condition, unused and unopened.

All commercial labels and original packaging must be intact.

The product must not be damaged or altered in any way.

4- The customer bears the return shipping fee of 23, which will be deducted from the refunded amount, unless the return is due to an error by the store.


Third: Exchange Conditions

1- In case of a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, the customer is entitled to exchange the product for an identical item without any shipping fees.

2- Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the date of receipt.

3- The product must be in its original condition and unused.

4- Exchanges are limited to the same product type only, subject to availability in stock.


Fourth: Return and Exchange Procedures

1- The customer must contact customer service through the approved channels.

2- After reviewing the request, a shipping label and return invoice valid for 3 days will be issued and sent to the customer.

3- The customer must hand over the product to the shipping company within the validity period of the label.

4- After the product is received and inspected by the Quality Department, one of the following actions will be taken:

Exchange the product.

Initiate the refund process.


Fifth: Refunds

1- Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

2- If the return is due to an error by the store (e.g., incorrect or damaged product), Al Shifa Honey will cover all shipping costs.

3- If the return is for other reasons, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

4- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days, and the actual receipt of the amount depends on the policies of the bank or payment provider.


Sixth: Exceptions

Food products after opening or use.

Requests made after the specified return period.

Failure to follow the recommended storage conditions.

Product damage due to misuse or negligence.
