  • Delivery Timeframe

Orders are usually prepared and delivered within 2 to 7 business days after order confirmation, under normal circumstances. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond the control of the store or the shipping company, including public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or operational delays at the carrier.


  • Tracking Number and Shipment Monitoring

After the order is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number through their Al Shifa Honey account, allowing them to monitor the shipment status at any time via the official Cloud-shelf website:

  • Free Shipping

Shipping fees are automatically waived for orders exceeding SAR 250, providing free delivery to enhance customer convenience and encourage a premium shopping experience.


  • Change of Delivery Address

Customers may update the delivery address before receiving the shipment by contacting the shipping company directly using the tracking number assigned to their order.

  • The customer assumes full responsibility for the accuracy and accessibility of the new address.
  • Al Shifa Honey Store is not responsible for any delays or loss of shipment resulting from the customer’s failure to respond or collect the shipment within 21 business days from the shipping date.
